WARRANTY
DEPARTMENT
The Warranty Department processes all warranty claims on equipment serviced
by TSI. All claims are reviewed for accuracy, proper job coding, and warranty
validation. Each claim is processed and finalized on a timely basis. All International Dealer claims are reviewed and processed as
they are received. The Warranty Department also interacts very closely
with the individual product managers to share data and insights to possible
upcoming problems. Component failure reporting is reviewed on a monthly
basis, to determine possible warranty trends, component reliability, and
to model current ISO9001 compliance.

TSI maintains an extensive history of equipment sold, parts sold and parts
usage by machine serial
number.
