INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE
Equipment Installation and Erections - TSI will arrive on the
job site with the equipment necessary to assemble all types of equipment
at your customer's site, anywhere in the U.S.
Manufacturer Warranty Service - TSI understands your warranties,
and all warranty work is fully documented and compliant with your guidelines.
Preventative Maintenance - TSI knows factory schedules for planned
maintenance and maintains your customers equipment in the best
possible working condition.
Call Out Maintenance - TSI operates 24 hours a day, seven days
a week, 365 days a year. Technicians are on call and available for emergency
and after-hours callout via cell phone, pager and answering service.
Annual and Quarterly Inspections - TSI is proactive in their
approach to maintenance. Scheduled inspections will point out service
life of equipment components anticipating the need for adjustment, repair
or replacement.
Equipment Relocation - TSI's highly trained erection department
technicians can disassemble, load, ship and reassemble equipment as
requested by your customer.
Factory Authorized Modifications and Upgrades - TSI will review any
request for dimensional changes or modifications and have approved by
factory engineers.
Repair and Rebuild -TSI can perform major repairs at the customer's
site. Rebuilding is performed by disassembling and moving the equipment
to one of TSI's full service facilities for completion.

are trained and experienced and are qualified to resolve customer inquiries
regarding performance, parts and service related issues. Their background
consists of training through manufacturing, service, warehousing and
warranty.

in all stages of manufacturing, engineering and product performance
related issues. Their extensive background ensures the after-market
parts meet all OEM standards.
Parts Expeditors - TSI's qualified shipping and receiving personnel
work around the clock to satisfy customer's demands.
Extended Hours of Operation - TSI parts representatives are available
24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year to meet all of your
customers requirements for parts and service.
Parts Inventory - TSI has established an extensive nation wide
on-line parts inventory to ensure parts are available to keep equipment
downtime to a minimum.
